By purchasing from BREDRIN you agree to assume responsibility for the item once the item has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided and item is shipped through our channels (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. If there is a delay or any exception to deliver (lost or stolen) you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping agent (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
